1. Setup Your Web Survey
Begin by using the SurveyGold software on your computer to define your survey questions. Then, click a button to automatically create a web survey form.

2. Publish Your Web Survey
Copy your web survey form to your web server using your own file transfer tools or with the assistance of a webmaster. There are no complicated web server scripts to install. Simply direct respondents to your web survey by emailing them an invitation using your own email software or by providing a hyperlink to your survey from another page on your web site. (Note: Your web survey form may also be distributed as an email attachment or placed on a shared network folder). 

3. Respondents Enter Responses
Respondents submit their responses to your web survey by clicking a Submit button in the web form. Responses are submitted securely via SSL, the leading security protocol on the Internet. There are no "per response" processing fees and no limits to the number of responses or respondents. 

4. Gather Responses
Web survey responses are collected temporarily on the surveygold.com web site. You are notified daily when new responses arrive.

5. Download Responses
Simply click a button and your computer connects to surveygold.com, downloads your web survey responses securely via SSL, permanently removes them from surveygold.com and then collects them into your SurveyGold software for viewing and analyzing.

6. View and Analyze Responses
View and analyze the web survey results via your SurveyGold software. It is that simple.
