1. Setup Your Survey
Begin by using the SurveyGold application on your computer to define your survey questions and to specify what respondent data (if any) you want to collect.

2. Save Your Survey as a Web Survey
Next, click a button to automatically create a web survey form. SurveyGold saves your web survey form to the SurveyGold Plus web site. (Optionally you can save the web survey form to a folder on your computer and then upload it to your web site using your own file transfer tools or with the assistance of a webmaster.) There are no complicated web server scripts to install. Simply direct respondents to your web survey by emailing them an invitation using your own email application or by providing a hyperlink to your survey from another page on your web site. (Note: Your web survey form may also be distributed as an email attachment or placed on a shared network folder. SurveyGold provides the ability to bookmark and share your web survey via all social networks (for example,Facebook,LinkedIn,Twitter,Digg, etc.)

3. Submit Responses
Respondents submit their responses to your web survey by clicking a Submit button in the web form. Responses are submitted securely via SSL, the leading security protocol on the Internet. There are no quot;per response" processing fees and no limits to the number of responses or respondents. 

4. Record Responses
Web survey responses are recorded temporarily on the surveygold.com web site. You are notified daily when new responses arrive.

5. Gets Responses
Simply click a button and your SurveyGold application connects to the surveygold.com web site, downloads your web survey responses securely via SSL, and permanently removes them from surveygold.com. Responses are then automatically collected into your SurveyGold application for viewing and analyzing.

6. Analyze Responses
View and analyze the web survey results via your SurveyGold application. It is that simple.
